How do you know what to stockpile? You cannot cheat and ask a friend because every person’s stockpile will be different.
While your needs may be completely different from those in my home, the following is a list to give you an idea of what my stockpile looks like.

- Beef, Pork, Chicken, Turkey

So, how do you know what the ingredients for your stockpile will be? Make a list by category. Use the Stockpile Worksheet in the back of your workbook for help.

Your Assignment/s:
(1) Use the worksheet in your workbook to list the items you use the most by category. If you do not have the workbook, just think about the items your family uses the most.
(2) In the comments, list a few items that you are really hoping to save BIG on by using this new method of shopping.

I wanna save more on these items, that leaves more $$$ in the bank to buy milk! I have learned to save money on cleaning supplies, by making my own, mop with vinegar and baking soda, clean with bleach water, etc. It also has perks of being eco-friendly! I also use old rags and burp cloths instead of disposable things.
I have overcome my fear of CVS! I made a minor flub on one purchase but saved money in spite of it. I am so happy to have all this info in hand…I am on a mission now!Thanks Penny- you rock!
