How often do you cook chicken breasts only to have one part get done and dry while the thick part still cooks? Here is your solution…
Before you season the chicken, place it in a freezer bag and flatten it to the same thickness. You do not have to got buy any fancy tool to do this either. A couple of whacks with a small skillet will do the job just great.
Then, you can add your seasonings or marinade to the bag and avoid messing up another dish.
Your chicken will cook evenly without drying out. Plus, you get the added bonus of tenderizing the chicken at the same time!
