This week, I am going to try a little batch cooking. If you are unfamiliar with the term, it simply means that you make some basic items and put them in the freezer for use later. There is a great list of ideas HERE from $5 Dinners.
I will probably work on one of these each time I make a meal while I am cooking. Work twice as hard once a day and enjoy the benefits all week long!
