Since I am tired of hemorrhaging money (going out to eat), I decided to sit down and plan a menu for the rest for the month. I will be having a little outpatient procedure in a week so I am hoping that Bill will kick in and be motivated to do a little cooking. Sometimes, he wants to and sometimes he doesn’t. We will see.
Even though we are close to the end of the month, I still want to add some meals to the freezer and hope to get about ten prepared. In the future, I want to put at least 15 meals in the freezer each month to use for the following month.
