This week, I am very honored to be a part of the Special Needs and Homeschooling Blog Tour, coordinated by Marla at Musings From A Special Needs Mom.
While homeschooling looks different in every home, our version of homeschool definitely has some unique qualities as I teach a child with high-functioning Autism (PDD-NOS) and two children with ADD/ADHD. As a matter of fact, our house often feels like that scene from Men in Black when the bouncing ball goes crazy.
Here at Meet Penny, I attempt to help other parents of children with these same types of special needs. If you want to find those posts easily, they are linked in the main menu bar under “Autism/ADD.”
Of course, some of the posts seem to resonate more than others. The top three posts are:
- The Ultimate Guide to Autism Home Therapy
- How We Taught Our Child with Autism to Write
- Essential Oils for Autism
