Ok, I named my book and it is called:
SQUIFFER
The story behind it is that 10 years ago we were playing a game where they give you a word and you have to make up a definition. Ted Bussie said that squiffer is the sound a squirrel makes when it is falling out of a tree. It was not the real definition but it made a lasting impression on me.
Too funny! Does your notebook have the same personality of a squirrel falling out of a tree? LOL!
I was wondering about Food World. I have not been able to find any blogs about that store. They double coupons up to $.50. Can you please help me?

Hi Dee Dee! I try to mention any deals that Food World has when there is something good and even discuss their coupon policy here: http://pennysaved-pennyearned.com/blog/2010/02/coupon-workshop-day-fifteen/. Their prices tend to run much higher than everyone else but when Frugal Fairhope does a match~up, I do post a link to it. Sorry that I cannot be of more help!
