McCafé Affogato

The McCafé Affogato is an easy Italian dessert perfect for a dinner party or just some "me time."

Ingredients
  

  • 2 scoops ice cream I used vanilla but caramel or chocolate would be divine. Maybe even mint.
  • 1 8 ounce cup brewed McCafé French Roast
  • 5 caramel candies
  • about 2 teaspoons water
  • Whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Melt caramels and water together in the microwave, stirring at 30 second intervals until melted and creamy. Cool while you brew the coffee.
  • Place ice cream into a coffee cup or mug.
  • Pour slightly cooled coffee over the ice cream.
  • Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
