$100 Grocery Challenge Pantry List

Share & Help Me Grow

Next week, I am going to provide you with 6 weeks worth of dinner menus that will help you keep your grocery budget low. But, in order to keep your weekly grocery budget to a minimum, you need to keep a pantry stocked with certain items.

Grocery Pantry Printables

The best way to purchase pantry staples and save a ton of money is to be prepared to buy when they reach a rock-bottom price.

How do you know when an item is at the best price?

If you are very new to the stockpile method, you might be wondering how to recognize a rock-bottom price. I wish I could just give you a price list and be done with it, but unfortunately, prices vary by region and the low prices in my area might not apply to you.

So… you need to do your homework.

(A video is embedded. If you cannot view the video, please visit my YouTube Channel.)

Starting with your next trip to the store, take along the pantry list (below) and make a note of the price. One you are back home, make a note when you see a sales ad featuring a lower price.

If you are attentive to the prices, you will soon notice the lowest price of each season. Even more, you will be able to predict the sales cycle, knowing what will be on sale and when.

About Tabitha

Hi! I'm Tabitha! But, I bet you expected someone named "Penny." Long story made short, Penny is the coupon binder I started in 2010 when we were totally broke... as in BANKRUPT. Now, as a mom of five, I make 6-figures a year working at home and share ways to help you move from penny to profit while you raise a family with sense on cents.

I tried to download the pantry staple list and the link I received in my email says that the link has been used too many times. I REALLY want (NEED) this! I NEED some major help with my grocery shopping. My husband is sick and can no longer work and I’ve been a stay at home mom since my kids were little and suddenly, I’m now the breadwinner in the home. Juggling work, homeschooling, and keeping my home has become very hard. Eating out has become a way of life for us now. It’s not healthy and IT’S EXPENSIVE!! So any help is GREAT! Lists (so I don’t have to spend time coming up with them myself) are very much appreciated since I barely have time to breath these days. I LOVE your blog! Thanks for helping make life a little bit less chaotic.

The links expire after 2 tries or 24 hours. You can put your info into the form again and it should send you a new link. Hope this helps! 🙂
