tHE FIRST THING we will look at is water from the streams in TN to see if there’s stuff in there. We have Apologia Biology this fall and we will be needing one of these!
My high schooler will have Biology next year — so Biology slides will be put to use!! 🙂

BUGS!!! LOL…no really probably leaves and flowers!
We’ll pull something from the refrigerator to look at.
i asked my 8 year old son and he said a LEGO, but i would want to check out the bugs that have appeared in the “poison water” that they “created” the other day.
The handiest thing to look at first would probably be the cat’s fur, compared to our hair, and then her skin compared to ours.

So cool! The boys will try and attach it to their head so they can see everything through it while walking around.
We will be doing science next year and are in desperate need of a microscope. This would be so helpful!!!
Knowing my kids, bugs will be the first thing under this microscope!
We would look at things in our backyard, bugs, leaves, grass!
My youngest son is taking Biology next year, and my oldest is taking Advanced Biology. We’ll definitely put this to good use!!
Probably some bugs that my daughter loves to catch…ewww!
My 12 year old will be doing Apologia General Science next year and I’m sure this would come in handy. But FIRST.. my 6 year old would probably want to see some bugs and some skin cells! =p
We will look at skin cells and of course having boys, lots of bugs!
I don’t know what we would look at first! So much to choose from! Everything from hair, bugs, leaves, flowers, and I would probably get some slides for us to look at too!

Everything!! Bugs, grass, dirt, eyebrows, food… everything in sight. My kids love to explore the world with their magnifying glasses. The microscope would be a HUGE hit around here! My middle schooler is going to need one also for her science classes. We would love to win this!
