I am still getting adjusted to having multiple websites so I apologize for being behind on my March totals.
I ended our month with a trip to Walmart because the local produce stands had some AMAZING deals and our Walmart will match those advertisements. I was able to get asparagus for $1.98/lb, cauliflower for $0.99/head, and more great deals like that.
If you are wondering why I would not support the local business… honestly? The produce from those local produce stands does not last as long. At my most recent trip to their shop, I picked up a head of garlic… which sprouted in my cabinet three days later.
I bought a few generic products, Easter basket stuffers, and a HUGE box of eggs. As for coupons, I did use a few. My favorite deal was the buy one, get one free on the new Spoonfuls cereal and the buy one, get one free Snickers bars. Bill and I tucked those in our Easter bucket.
