Hi Shana. The file is zipped. Once you click on the link (you should have received by email), the file should download automatically or at least prompt you to save it. Remember where you saved it. Then, you can double-click on the file and it should extract the folder from the zipped file for you.
i got the link via email and when i clicked on it, it said Error and then so i tried again and it said that there was a problem with the link and to contact someone.
Yes, the download link does not appear to work any more.
