A Fortune Cookie Teacher’s Gift

Share & Help Me Grow

If you felt blessed by your child’s teacher this year, why not say how fortunate you were with this easy and inexpensive fortune cookie teacher’s gift?

If you felt blessed by your child's teacher this year, why not say how fortunate you were with this easy and inexpensive fortune cookie teacher's gift? Includes a free printable.

This school year has flown by much too quickly and here we are preparing for end-of-the-year parties, graduation, and Teacher’s Appreciation Week. I mean, didn’t we just have winter break?

Regardless, summer is coming quickly and it’s time to remind teachers that – despite any grumbles during the school year – we really are grateful for all they do to educate our children.

Fortune Cookie Teacher’s Gift

This easy teacher’s gift will cost you less than $5 unless you decide to tuck a gift card inside… which we do… but that’s completely optional.

For this gift, you will need:

  • Chinese takeout box
  • Fortune cookies
  • Printable note (below)

I purchased this glitter-covered takeout boxes from the gift wrapping section at Michaels, but if you can get your hands on a clean box, just cover it with paper.

Fill the box with individually wrapped fortune cookies and close.

Attach a note that says, “I am so fortunate that you are my teacher,” and you are done.

If you want to print my label, you can click to download it here.

Happy Teacher’s Appreciation Week!

About Tabitha

Hi! I'm Tabitha! But, I bet you expected someone named "Penny." Long story made short, Penny is the coupon binder I started in 2010 when we were totally broke... as in BANKRUPT. Now, as a mom of five, I make 6-figures a year working at home and share ways to help you move from penny to profit while you raise a family with sense on cents.
