January menu

Welcome to January 2013 and the first month of the Healthy Family Project!

This month, our challenge is to eat a well-balanced diet while being conscious of our portion size and drinking 8 glasses of water each day. (Be sure to pick up the free printable Nutrition Tracker for added convenience in watching your portions each day.)

Now, if you are expecting my menus to be dramatically different or exclude certain food groups due to the Healthy Family Project, I am afraid you will be disappointed. I personally believe you can eat anything in moderation (even though I might learn otherwise this year) and I have a family to feed.

About Tabitha

Hi! I'm Tabitha! But, I bet you expected someone named "Penny." Long story made short, Penny is the coupon binder I started in 2010 when we were totally broke... as in BANKRUPT. Now, as a mom of five, I make 6-figures a year working at home and share ways to help you move from penny to profit while you raise a family with sense on cents.
