You don’t have to believe me. It’s okay. I have a history of being late with my menu. But, this month, I promise that I had it ready on October 1st. It might have been after 8 PM but IT. WAS. DONE.

The only problem was that I don’t post on Sundays.

So… I guess this month I should not aim for the first day of November but instead try to have it ready by the last Friday of October. Hmmm… perhaps if I aim for that date each month, the menu will be ready on time. Or… at least by the first of the next month.

For October, you will notice that we are on a Salad Sunday kick. Bill has gotten addicted to salads lately and it is so easy to prep a salad the night before and have it ready in the refrigerator after church.

Also, Saturday nights are all about football food. Simple bites that will fit the tailgate spirit.

Of course, we have a few things to celebrate too… like ten years together. Not me and you but Bill and I. We have been a couple for ten years this month. Where does the time go?
