From Foodie Friday to Weekend Potluck (& a GIVEAWAY!)

Share & Help Me Grow

After a week of messaging back and forth, my cohosts and I made a tough decision. We love our linky on Fridays but felt like it just was not communicating our personalities effectively.

This week, Foodie Friday is getting a facelift. Introducing…

Why the change?

We wanted a link-up party that gave the impression of friends getting together to enjoy good food and great company. In appreciation of those who link up, we also wanted to be free to promote the recipes that catch our attention all throughout the weekend and not feel restricted to Friday. Hopefully, this change will not cause any inconvenience to our blogging friends.

~*~ GIVEAWAY ~*~

In celebration of the change, ONE blogger who links up will win a copy of Everyday Food: Great Food Fast.

Last week’s link-up was incredible. So many amazing recipes! Our blogging friends really stunned us with so many delicious recipes, and we struggled to pick three to feature. You really need to go back to last week’s party and get another look at the yumminess!

The recipe that gained the most attention (clicks and re-pins on Pinterest) was…

Mud Hen Bars by Cooking with K

We also enjoyed…

Mashed Potato Balls from Forkful of Comfort

Creamy Pepper Jack Chicken Dip from Sunflower Supper Club.

And a personal favorite ~

Mini Pizza Meatloafs by Hot Eats & Cool Reads

If you were featured today, please feel free to grab the “featured” button from my sidebar.

Your hosts ~

  • Baking Bad~ Hilary
  • 4 Little Fergusons~ Tonya
  • The Country Cook~ Brandie
  • Meet Penny ~ Me!

Remember that when you link up, it shows on all FOUR blogs. Plus…

We TWEET. We PIN. We LIKE.

We want you to get as much exposure as possible so that your time here is well invested.

Linky Guidelines: If you wish for us to promote your recipe or want to be a featured recipe, you must follow these instructions. Please link up to your exact post and not the main page to your blog. Also, LINK BACK HERE from your post so that others can find the fun. You can use the button or a direct link within your post. If you have a recipe to share, please be sure that you are following ALL co-hosts (The Country Cook, Baking Bad, 4 Little Fergusons, AND Meet Penny) by either RSS feed, Daily Email Digest, Facebook or Twitter. Thanks so much for participating!

Weekend Potluck Linky

Legal mumbo~jumbo for the giveaway: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Sorry, only entries in the United States will qualify. Winner will be chosen at the close of this linking party by Random.org and notified through the contact information on their blog. If the winning blogger does not respond within 48 hours or if contact information is not present on his/her blog, another winner will be selected.

About Tabitha

Hi! I'm Tabitha! But, I bet you expected someone named "Penny." Long story made short, Penny is the coupon binder I started in 2010 when we were totally broke... as in BANKRUPT. Now, as a mom of five, I make 6-figures a year working at home and share ways to help you move from penny to profit while you raise a family with sense on cents.

Lots and lots of wonderful YUUUUUMMs here! I’m always thrilled to be a part. Thanks so much for your lovely comment at my blog. I love what you share here…I just had a newspaper interview this week about cooking…and one of the things she asked me about was how I learned to be frugal. You’re a woman after my heart. =) Enjoy a wonderful weekend.
