In a spontaneous moment of whimsy, I made a paper airplane for Ruble. While the plane did not stay airborne very long at all – because I stink in a BIG WAY at making paper airplanes – I had to make one for the other children too. Three planes. Three very uneventful flights. The Wright Brothers would be so ashamed of me.
Enter Bill. Paper airplane engineer extraordinaire!
He was our hero and repaired my failed attempt at flight. Our children were entertained for an hour, trying to make their airplanes do tricks and trying to make them fly through obstacles.
Tons of fun that cost a fraction of a penny… three sheets of copy paper.
