God’s Little Explorers Preschool Homeschool Curriculum

Share & Help Me Grow

As a part of the ebook bundle available this week, I was excited to find our current homeschool curriculum for preschoolers, God’s Little Explorers, by Stacie Ann Nelson.

Gods Little Explorers Preschool Homeschool Curriculum - Review & Giveaway

I clearly remember the days when I tried to build my own preschool curriculum. We were going strong… until about the letter M, and I was tired. This year with Ruble in preschool, two in elementary grades, and one to keep busy, I needed a homeschool curriculum that:

  • did not require a lot of preparation or thought.
  • was consistent with our beliefs.
  • would allow me to rotate my attention between multiple children without leaving my preschooler begging for help.

God’s Little Explorers, a preschool homeschool curriculum

When Stacie sent me the God’s Little Explorers curriculum and I opened the file, I was immediately impressed with how the curriculum is formatted and organized. (I must add that it is the prettiest curriculum I have ever owned.) Activities are themed with a letter of the alphabet, although they are not presented in the normal order, and you have a complete week of activities to match the theme. The curriculum also provides additional activities if needed to supplement.

As a PDF file, the lesson plans are linked to the internet where you can find the information you need to prepare and complete the activities. So far, the materials are all items that I already have in our craft cabinet.

My favorite things about God’s Little Explorers

All of my needs are completely met by God’s Little Explorers and the curriculum fits our homeschool needs perfectly, but I do have a few favorites within the preschool curriculum:

  • Preschool Assessment Forms – Not sure how your child is doing? Use the simple assessment to evaluate what your child knows.
  • Chronological order through the Bible – Instead of following the normal order of the alphabet, the 28 weeks starts with a focus in Genesis and works through to Revelation, which is excellent for our use with Grapevine Old Testament studies, Mystery of History, and Your Story Hour audios.
  • Age appropriate – Although targeted for 3- to 4-year olds, you can easily adapt the curriculum to include your 2 year old.
  • Alphabet Notebook – Honestly, this is Ruble’s favorite part. He loves adding to his alphabet notebook and I love the review he is getting when he flips through the pages.

Buy God’s Little Explorers now

To purchase God’s Little Explorers, you can visit Stacie’s website. This digital curriculum is only $20, which is a tremendous bargain for a complete 28-week preschool lesson plan system.

About Tabitha

Hi! I'm Tabitha! But, I bet you expected someone named "Penny." Long story made short, Penny is the coupon binder I started in 2010 when we were totally broke... as in BANKRUPT. Now, as a mom of five, I make 6-figures a year working at home and share ways to help you move from penny to profit while you raise a family with sense on cents.

I just wanted to post and share how much I love this curriculum! I will admit, we’re only in week 1, but I’ve read through most of it. I have tried a few different “highly recommended” preschool curriculums for my daughter, but they were not a good fit. My 3 yo is a little behind because of medical reasons. She needs to learn HOW to cut, trace lines, make her bed… I feel that most preschool curriculums assume they know how to do lots of these things already. My favorite parts of this curriculum are : chronological Bible story telling and LIFE SKILLS!!!! She reminds us to teach our little ones life skills like making the bed and basic cleaning… I paid for the download, and I am so glad I did!!! Whoever wins this will be blessed!
