Activity for Bored Kids: Blown-Paint Art

Share & Help Me Grow

Originally, I saw this idea in Family Fun magazine and knew that we had to try it. So, I covered the tables with newspaper, pulled out some construction paper, cut some straws in half, watered down a little poster paint and smocked up the kids. Fun, fun!

At first, the children thought I had lost my mind which might be true but I was persistent. “No, we do not need paint brushes,” “Yes, you can do this.”

In the end, it was tons of fun and they really enjoyed it.

COST: $0 because I already had everything we needed!

About Tabitha

Hi! I'm Tabitha! But, I bet you expected someone named "Penny." Long story made short, Penny is the coupon binder I started in 2010 when we were totally broke... as in BANKRUPT. Now, as a mom of five, I make 6-figures a year working at home and share ways to help you move from penny to profit while you raise a family with sense on cents.
