Last week, Winn Dixie had their Chuck Roasts on BOGO so I picked up two. I plan to post a variety of ways to use chuck roast soon but you will see two of them in my menu this week.

Tuesday ~ Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Frozen Vegetable
Wednesday ~ Jambalaya
Thursday ~ Shephard’s Pie
Friday ~ Creamy Chicken and Noodles, Frozen Vegetable
Saturday ~ Meatball Hoagies with Carrot Sticks and Chips
With the coming of April, my goal is to get back to my monthly meal planning. Lately, I just feel like I am chasing my tail so don’t hold your breath.
