“Cream of Nothing”! I love it! I avoid recipes with Cream of Whatever like the plague (the only exception being the shortcut Swedish Meatballs I do – but even them I’m so ashamed!). This looks great! Can’t wait to try!
I do keep a couple of Cream of’s in the pantry but I always feel guilty using it. I always wonder, “What’s really in there?”
