Recommended Reading for the Letter B

We are having fun reading this week. I hope you are too!

Here are the books I love for the letter B:

Miss Brooks Loves Books (And I Don’t) ~ Is your first grader a reluctant reader? Then perhaps she will understand Missy and her issues with the librarian, Miss Brooks.

Big Red Barn Big Book ~ We were able to pick this one up from the library. It is simple and would also work well with a farm theme.

Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? ~ This classic book is beautiful and builds vocabulary and color knowledge. I love to use it with animal sounds, giving each character a different voice.

Where Is Baby’s Belly Button? A Lift-the-Flap Book ~ This is just a fun book for little ones and also teaches body awareness. I love to read it and them find the different spots on my child. So cute!
