The Really Big List of Ways to Top Your Bagel

Share & Help Me Grow

I am officially addicted to Udi’s Gluten Free bagels. This month, they have provided us with a sampling of all their products as we have adopted a gluten free diet for Autism Awareness Month. Oh my! Who knew that gluten free could be so delicious?!

The Mighty Bagel is definitely my favorite but the Everything Inside bagel and Plain bagels are equally yummy. I have been tweeting my love for Udi’s and even had a friend respond:

[We] love Udi’s Gluten Free bagels and we’re not even a ‘have to’ gluten free family!

~ Wendy

I think trying new things this month has inspired me to get more creative with our food. So, I cannot just spread cream cheese on these delightful bagels. No! They deserve more.

Nice list! 🙂 I also recommend “nursery bread” which is butter and sugar on your bagel. Simple, peasant fare but a favorite from childhood. 🙂
