While I have talked about making bread before and the tools you can use, I have not showed you how I make bread until today.

So here is the synopsis:
* When the machine completes the first rise, flour the counter.
* Flip the dough out onto the flour. It will be sticky. Lightly flour the top and your hands.
* Cut the dough in half and shape into two loaves.
* Place dough in greased pans and allow to rise, covered, in a warm location. I place mine on my oven as it preheats.
* When the dough reaches the top of the pans, it is ready to cook. This takes about one hour.
Allow it to cool slightly in the pan and then flip it out onto a cooling rack, top side up. Allow to cool before slicing.
Tip: If you notice that you bread is browning on top too quickly, tent it with aluminum foil.
