Place all ingredients into a freezer bag and shake. Freeze up to 6 months.
To make the cookies:
Cream together 1/3 cup butter, softened, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir in dry ingredients.
Bake in an oven preheated to 375° for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges are browned. Cool on the cookie sheet slightly before moving to a cooling rack.
