White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white baking chips

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a freezer bag and shake. Freeze up to 6 months.

To make the cookies:

  • Cream together 1/3 cup butter, softened, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir in dry ingredients.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 375° for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges are browned. Cool on the cookie sheet slightly before moving to a cooling rack.
