Traditional Chocolate Chip Cookies
unbleached all-purpose flour
whole wheat flour
packed brown sugar
semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Place all ingredients into a freezer bag and shake. Freeze up to 6 months.
To make the cookies:
Cream together 1 cup butter, softened, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 2 large eggs. Stir in dry ingredients.
Use a medium cookie scoop to place cookies on a baking sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
